The functional art of Carrol Boyes changed dinner tables forever

Carrol Boyes spokesperson Sandy Erasmus chatted to CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies about the journey Carrol Boyes took from teacher to the owner of a thriving home decor business.

Carrol was a fine arts graduate with a major in sculpture from the University of Pretoria. Initially, she taught English but then decided to live her dream of being an artist.

And in so doing forever changed our experience around the dinner table when she transformed ordinary cutlery into beautiful, quirky unique sculptures and art on the table which is synonymous with the brand.
