We are sorry - Outsurance on Father's Day blunder

Outsurance has apologised for its Father's Day video which featured mostly white dads, causing an uproar on social media,

People took time on social media to share their disappointment with the company saying the the video did not represent South Africa's demographics appropriately.

Group CEO of Outsurance, Willem Roos, says the video was put together by their social media team with the aim to wish all fathers a happy Fathers Day but unfortunately it was not screened by an executive.

That is not an excuse, clearly the video does not reflect the demographics of South Africa and our staff.
