[LISTEN] Johannesburg City Parks responds to queries about fallen trees

On Wednesday, the Breakfast Show team received queries about the Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo and how long it takes to have a fallen tree removed from the city roads.

In its latest quarterly report, Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo says that the service standard for a fallen tree to be removed in the city is 10 hours.

Stephen Grootes spoke to the Spokesperson of the Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo Jenny Moodley to ask whether this is being maintained.

I have yet to find a report where a major arterial has been blocked by a tree for ten hours or even more than five hours.
