Reserved Café is a Portuguese cusine treat and an adventure of a 1000 flavours

The Toyota #947Crew were out at Reserved Café, which is one of the restaurants that is housed in one of the trendy 27 Container Boxes in Melville. Reserved Café is a Portuguese themed restaurant that was started by Danny Riberio in 2017. The café is a blend of groundbreaking space conservation and delicious homely treats and meals.
The name originated from the owner’s dream to have a place where families and friends would always feel like there was a place for them, a so-called reservation. Here, the friendly staff members feel like family members rather than strangers.
As soon as we entered the institution, we could see that this wasn’t just a regular café; Danny meticulously planned every detail to make customers feel right at home. From the interior design to the beautiful low hanging lights and open plan kitchen, we can say that this café is one of a kind.
The restaurant’s slogan is “an adventure of a 1000 flavours”, which sets high expectations, which the food meets and exceed. Food options range from a full English breakfast to their specialties, which is their Portuguese street cuisine. The café is perfect - especially as the Winter months roll in - with specialty hot drinks, hearty soups and heaters for those extra cold days.
Reserved Café is perfect for on-the-go coffee and cake, a full business lunch or sundowners after a long week of hard work.
For those that love football, the Reserved Café bar is well-equipped to host you and your friends.
We give Reserved Café the 947 Joburg Gem stamp of approval and we recommend that you visit it soon.
