SA cellphone companies donate airtime to #KnysnaFire

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies spoke to Louise Wessels, manager at Greater Overberg Fire Protection Association about the involvement of cellphone companies in helping fire fighters improve their communication while extinguishing the fires.

She says Cell C, Vodacom and MTN have made airtime donations to the fire fighters.

Cell C responded within 3 hours, according to Wessels. They sent out two-hundred R200 vouchers to those in need.
